Year 5 Financial Education Workshop

Year 5 enjoyed a visit from Shaf Hussain and Dylan Wright at Ripple Weath who carried out a financial education workshop. They took part in a fun and interactive game called 'Money Matters' where they learnt all about good money management behaviours. 

They all began the session with £500, and they were tasked with seeing who could grow their money the most by the end of the session. They did this by playing a variety of games, devising a strategy and calculating risks. They took care to record all their income and expenditure on their bank balance sheets.

A huge well done to the winner- Charlie in Centaurs Class, who ended the session with an impressive £1900!
