Thunderbirds Pizza Express Trip

Thunderbirds class had a super day out at Pizza Express in West Wickham. Firstly, we travelled by train and walked to the restaurant, where we were met by the manager and chefs. We put on our chef's hats and had a tour of the restaurant, finding out about the huge fridges and where all the ingredients are stored. We washed our hands and prepared to listen to the chef, who taught us how to make a margarita pizza. We learnt how to kneed the dough, spread the tomato sauce and sprinkle the cheese on top. After the pizza's cooked we came back to school and enjoyed eating them. They tasted delicious! We had such a great day! a HUGE Thank you to all of the adult helpers!
