Year 2 and 3 Christmas Experience

Over the 2nd and 4th December, both classes in Year 2 and Year 3 visited St Paul's Church for the Christmas Experience. The community at St Paul's Church were extremely welcoming and friendly and took us through each part of the Christmas Story with a variety of fantastic interactive activities. Amongst these were an arts & craft table, an opportunity to dress as shepherds and help find the sheep, a puppet show inside the stable and dressing up as the three wise men! It was so lovely to learn about the story behind Christmas and all the team at St Paul's Church were brilliant and made this a memorable, joyful festive experience. The children were all delighted to bring home a little goodie bag full of bits and bobs including the dice they had made with each part of the Christmas story on, a chocolate coin from the wise men, and some real sheep's wool from the shepherds.
